Most Tampa Bay Area beaches are available for a wedding ceremony, parks, preserves and even your backyard may be a perfect location for your wedding as well.

All Gulf beaches are very unique and beautiful. Choose the one that suits you the most. Our favorite ones are – Siesta Key Beach (3 wedding spots on a perfect white sparkling sand), Coquina Beach, Lido Beach, Pass-a-Grill Beach.

Yes, most beaches require permits.

Yes, every package has a limited time for a photographer.

Florida is always beautiful. Months of October – June would be the best and have lower chances of rain. Before 11AM and after 4PM is the best time to avoid crowds and heat.
Yes, we may be able to accommodate, keep in mind you may need additional permits and access to the property. Additional cost may apply.
Yes, the beaches are public. If you want to escape the crowd, consider a weekday or a morning wedding. They are as beautiful as evening ones, but beaches are less crowded.
As many as you wish, however the number of chairs may depend on the package you chose. Consider that all guests should be seated. So if you have 15 guests it would be 15 chairs. We can offer extra chairs for an additional cost.
There are 3 payments. First non-refundable deposit must be made at reservation. Second deposit must be made 90 days before the wedding, and service must be paid in full 30 days before the ceremony. You may pay using any Credit Card, via Zelle, Venmo or PayPal. All deposits are not refundable.
The earlier the better, but we may be able to accommodate you even within a couple days (if we have availability). This may depend on the package and location.
Professional officiant will be performing your ceremony.
No, but you are welcome to bring your own officiant.
Yes, the marriage will be legal unless you fail to provide a marriage licence.

Marriage licenses are issued by counties and you can apply for your license at any county clerk’s. Click Here for Clerk of the Court contact information by county. You can get married in any county in Florida, regardless of where you obtained your marriage license. To obtain a marriage license you need:

  • Identification: a picture ID such as a driver’s license, state ID card, or valid passport; both parties will also have to provide their Social Security numbers, but do not need to provide their Social Security Cards.
  • Fees: $93.50. Marriage license fees can be reduced by up to $32.50 if you complete a licensed Florida pre-marital course.

Marriage license is valid for 60 days after issuance. You must perform the ceremony of marriage before this 60 days has expired. Blood Tests are not required. There is a 3-day waiting period after issuance of the license before you can get married, unless you have completed the Florida pre-marital course, in which case the waiting period is waived.

Yes, we can discuss it

No, but you may bring favors for your guests.

We are reserving vendors for your wedding and making sure they will be at the location at time. If a couple or guest don’t arrive in time (late for more than 20 minutes) additional fees are applied.
Unfortunately, we can’t control the weather. We will be checking the forecast close to the date and be in touch with you to make the decision. There are several options we can render. One of them is moving the ceremony to the morning/evening, another one is changing the location or renting a pavilion or a venue nearby (if available, most of them require reservation at an additional cost). Also we can discuss moving the wedding to another day.
We will happily accommodate you with another date that suits you the most (once) additional fee applies (150$). If you need to cancel, the first deposit is not refundable. If you are cancelling 90 days before the booked date, your second deposit can be partly refunded. All permits and vendor deposits are not refundable though. It’s not refundable if you cancel within 90 days before the ceremony.
In most cases – yes, you can. You have to notify us about it 60 days in advance, so we could discuss it with you.
Unfortunately, most of the beaches do not allow pets. There may be some exceptions for registered service animals, if it’s absolutely necessary.
Typically not. We can discuss all the details by phone or via email. But if you would like to meet with us before the ceremony we would gladly arrange that.
