Dream Beach Weddings ("we", "us") plans beach wedding ceremonies, elopements and vow renewals on Florida's Gulf Coast. This page explains what information we collect from you, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose.

What we collect

When you contact us — through the form on this website, by email, or through a lead form in one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram — we receive the details you choose to share: typically your name, email address, phone number, your preferred wedding date, beach and guest count, and anything you write in your message.

Like most websites, we also receive basic technical information when you browse (such as pages visited and device type) through the analytics cookies described below.

How we use it

We use your contact details to reply to your enquiry and to talk with you about your wedding — by phone, text message or email. That is the only reason we ask for them. We do not sell your information, and we do not send newsletters or promotional blasts.

Facebook and Instagram lead ads

If you submit your details through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, that form is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta delivers your submission to us and also processes it under its own Data Policy. We use what you submit only as described above. Data about how our ads perform is shared with Meta in aggregate so ads can be delivered and measured.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement cookies to understand how visitors find and use the site and to measure our advertising. These tools collect information such as pages visited and approximate location; they do not give us your name or contact details. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site keeps working.

Who we share it with

Only the people needed to deliver your ceremony — for example the photographer or officiant assigned to your wedding — and the service providers that run our website, email and advertising (such as Google and Meta, as described above). Never anyone else, and never for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet ordinary business and legal record-keeping requirements. If you never book with us, you can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

Email us at getdreamwedding@gmail.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Tell us at any time to stop contacting you, and we will.

Children

Our services and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date.
